Once we receive your translation request, we assign a project manager to analyze your requirements, allocate a project team, build a project plan, and schedule deliveries. He/she is your employee in our company. His/her agenda is your project's milestones, and his/her concern is your quality expectations.

In other words, we measure his/her performance according to your satisfaction. Our project managers have solid understanding of the localization process. They are trained in different planning and troubleshooting practices to help put your project on the right track.
